Shipping & Policies
Each item is made to order and we aim to have your order completed within a 15-20 working day timeframe. If we foresee a delay, we will contact you immediately and keep you updated every step of the way.
We prefer to use Trackable Express Post via Australia Post for all deliveries across Australia.
If you live outside Australia, we use Standard Trackable Post and have been advised your item can take up to fifteen working days to arrive.
Because our items are handmade and consume a lot of our time, we appreciate full payment before starting your order. We have PayPal and Credit Card facilities available but we accept bank transfer also. Just message us to discuss if you would like to use this option.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
It is so important to us that your shopping experience is enjoyable and stress free from start to finish. We will work closely with you to ensure the item you have purchased is everything you hoped it would be. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will try our absolute best to rectify the problem whether it be a replacement or refund, depending on each individual case.
We use postal tracking for every item we send out but if your order becomes lost in transit, we will do everything in our power to locate your package. As with the above paragraph, we will work with you to solve any problem.
